The set design aided both the storytelling and the dance in its ability to transform the space from one environment to the next. The set was a series of four kinetic concertina sculptural pieces that were highly flexible and provided endless configurations from long walls to cylindrical stools. The earthy tone of the design was depictive of the Australian landscape in both its harshness and beauty. It helped reflect the cultural shift from the two view points of the performers relationship to the land.
